Our approach to COVID-19

Firstly, we hope you are all well and managing to find some reprieve in the stay at home policy that has been implemented for our country. It is indeed a different way of life for everyone at the moment and we keep trying to remind ourselves, that this most certainly is not forever.

We are grateful that we can continue supporting your skincare routine with our online store. We felt it important to outline the procedures we have adopted in response to COVID-19, ensuring your products are delivered safely to your door.

Our business operates from our private office and laboratory in the Blue Mountains. We are a fully run family business, with the only people entering our workplace being Dion and myself. As a family, we are observing all social distancing protocols, including self isolation.

Shipping: We use Australia Post to ship Australia and World Wide. We intend to continue to do so, working within any protocols that may be implemented by Australia Post as they arise.

Please note that Australia Post have adopted a social distancing delivery policy. They will deliver your order and sign on your behalf in your presence to limit contact. This system has been developed with the health and safety of both yourselves and their team in mind.

Deliveries: We are currently shipping to our usual schedule with products being despatched every 1-2 days. We will update this page should there be any delays in shipping our products to you.

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to connecting with you again, in person once the markets are happening again. In the meantime, we wish you well during this time.
