Minimum Order

We have a minimum order requirement of 20 units which can be made up across the range ie. 4 of one product, 6 of another etc. If you need help choosing which products would work best in your store, please feel free to contact us and we can make some suggestions. We have also put together some Starter Packs with suggested products and quantities for your first order. Prices shown on the website do not include freight. We charge a flat rate $15 for shipping Australia-wide. If express shipping is required, please contact us for a quote. Full payment of your order is required before your order will be dispatched.


We do not accept returns for change of mind. You must inspect the goods on delivery and may return them if a product is damaged or compromised in transit. Please contact us and provide photos within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days has passed, we are no longer able to accept returns.


Depending on the location of your store, we may consider having more than one stockist per location. If you require exclusivity in your area, a minimum monthly order of $500 is required to maintain exclusivity, otherwise, we reserve the right to stock more than one store per area. We of course will carefully consider any requests to stock another store  in an area where a stockist already exists, before approving any requests. We may request to see photographs of your store so that we can make sure it is the right fit for our brand and customers.

Care of products

As our products are made with natural ingredients and essential oils, they should be stored away from direct sunlight, below 30 degrees. It is the responsibility of the stockist to ensure the products are stored correctly in order to preserve their shelf-life. Stockists will also need to ensure all products are sold within the best before date marked on the jars. All of our creams have a two year shelf life and all other products 12 months shelf life.
