All of our products are handmade in small batches, to ensure maximum shelf life. For this reason, there may be slight differences between batches. This does not affect the overall quality of the product, as the formulation remains the same for each batch.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not!! We only ever test on friends, family and anyone else willing to try our products! We are also accredited cruelty free by Choose Cruelty Free Australia.
Are your products certified organic?
We use certified organic ingredients wherever available and where they are not, we use the highest quality ingredients from reputable suppliers. Each ingredient that is certified organic from our supplies, is marked with * on our labels and ingredients tab attached to each product.
Are you products vegan?
Yes! All our products are vegan friendly, and accredited cruelty free by Choose Cruelty Free Australia.
What is ‘Fragrance’ on your labels, is it natural? And why is it only in some of your products?
Fragrance is the approved INCI name for Naticide®, which is a vegetable based, natural preservative we use in our products containing floral waters. Naticide® has been approved as a natural ingredient, by Australian Certified Organic (ACO). It has broad spectrum activity against bacteria gram-positive, bacteria gram-negative, moulds and yeasts. Products containing water can become contaminated by bacteria in a relatively short period of time and can become toxic. We believe the benefits of adding a plant based, natural preservative to these products and not being able to label them preservative free, far outweighs the risks of supplying a product that may become contaminated.
Our other oil based products due not require the use of a preservative. We do however include rosemary antioxidant to prevent oxidation.
I suffer from allergies, can I use your products?
Our products are great for sensitive skin, however we always recommend you seek advice from your healthcare practitioner, if you have known allergies. A full list of ingredients is listed under each product. For your safety, a test patch should always be conducted before using any products.
I am pregnant, can I use your products?
While our products contain no harsh chemicals, some of our products contain essential oils. Essential oils are generally safe in pregnancy and are included in our products in small amounts. However each person is different and some essential oils do come with cautions in pregnancy. As studies are not generally undertaken on pregnant women, it is difficult to say what effect they may have if any at all. For this reason, we recommend you seek advice from your healthcare practitioner if you are unsure about any of the ingredients used in our products.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $15 and to selected countries for a flat rate of $25 AUD. Please note the free postage for orders over $90 applies to Australian addresses only. If you require express shipping to an international address, please send us an email and we would be happy to provide a shipping quote firstname.lastname@example.org

Some countries may require customs clearance and duties to be paid. Paudha Healing takes no responsibility for any delays associated with this process or for payment of any duties, fees or taxes required in order to release goods. You should contact your local customs office for further information relating to your country.
What postage service do you use within Australia?
We use Australia post and orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Our postage is $5 flat rate anywhere in Australia and shipping is free on all orders over $90 (please select this option on the checkout page to activate). We use standard shipping with Australia Post and we are based in NSW. If you are outside of NSW, shipping can take 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. If you require express post, please select our flat rate $15 express shipping rate on the checkout page.
